Margaret (Borden) Souza, 92, of Raynham, MA passed away on September 10, 2026.
Margaret is survived by her son, David Souza and wife, Jo Manning Souza of North Easton and her daughter, Ann Souza of Raynham, her sister, Patricia Corey of Taunton, her grandchildren, Anthony, James, Nicolas, and Melissa, and 3 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband, Richard Souza , her parents Fred and Margaret Borden, and her sisters Joan Lewis and Rosemary McDonald.
Margaret was a longtime Professor of Chemistry at Bridgewater State College. She was a graduate of Bridgewater State College and Boston College. Besides her devotion to education, she was also an avid bowler. In her spare time, Margaret loved to spend time with family and was a very talented craftsperson.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made to Old Colony Hospice.
A Celebration of Life will take place at the Raynham American Legion, 291 Mill St, Raynham, MA on January 17, 2027 from 1pm - 4pm. Family and friends are invited.
