Lili Marie Vance, 69, of Camarillo Ca. passed away on September 25th in Ventura. Lili was born in Ventura to Mary and Fred Vance, on January 25th,
1957.
Lili graduated from Ventura High School in 1975. She went on to earn a BA and teaching certificate at Cal State Northridge, after previously attending Ventura College and UCSB. She worked at Pinecrest School for more than 3 decades teaching Physical Education, coaching and leading outdoor adventures. She loved her Pinecrest family!
Lili tried her hand at dog walking after her Pinecrest days. What a great success! The dogs loved Lili and the doggie parents truly appreciated Lili’s efforts.
Lili was an athlete, participating in sports from an early age thru college and beyond. Lili enjoyed softball, volleyball, track and field, and soccer.
Lili is survived by her brother Mike Case of Topanga Canyon, and sister Christina Gray of Ventura. Her nieces and nephews include; Caleb,
Nicholle, Allyssa, Anika, Angus, Jessie, Thomas, Grace, Eli, Will, Shae, Salem, Eden, Sydney, Laurence, and Adan. Lili is also survived by herl ifelong friends, Kathy and Cindy Collins, and the love of her life, her dog Krazy.
She is preceded in death by her mother Mary, brothers Fred and Larry, and stepfather Darryl.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations may be made to your local Animal Shelter.
The Doctors, nurses and staff at Community Memorial Hospital provided excellent care and kindness.
