John Franklin Robitzsch, age 85, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, September 26, 2026.
John was a veteran of the United States Navy serving from 1958-1961. He was a faithful member of Hills Creek Baptist Church in Pittman Center, TN.
He was the son of the late Earl E. and Annie Gaines Robitzsch. He is survived by his brother Tommy Robitzsch (Julie) of Fitzgerald, GA; sister Joann Robitzsch Davis of Gordon, GA; son Christian T. Robitzsch of Columbia, SC; daughters Rena Slaton of Macon, GA, Lee Ann Cladin (Tony) of Perry, GA, Amy Yancy (Rick) of Pittman Center, TN. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
A memorial service will be held at 5 PM Friday, October 9, 2026 at Hills Creek Baptist Church, Pittman Center.
