Sharon A. Holmes, 63, of Derry, NH, passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at the Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH, surrounded by her loved ones. Sharon was born in Lynn, MA on September 20, 1963, a daughter to the late James R. Holmes, Sr. and Carol L. (Fox) Holmes.
Sharon retired as an accountant. She loved to feed the hummingbirds in her area with homemade hummingbird food. She also enjoyed playing Sudoku in her free time.
Sharon is survived by her partner of 28 years, Kristopher Kerr, his son, Kristopher Kerr, Jr., two brothers, James R. Holmes, Jr. and his wife Jean and Richard S. Holmes; four nephews, David Holmes, Jonathan Holmes, Timothy Hines, and Nathan Holmes, a niece, Donna Quam, and her best friend, Karen Turpin. Sharon was predeceased by her sister, Lori J. Holmes and her sister-in-law Kathleen Holmes, both in 2023.
After cremation, the family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date.
