
William A. Wynn III, age 46, passed away on September 27, 2026. He was born on January 12, 1980, in Norwalk, CT, the son of the late William and Peggy (McCarthy) Wynn. William worked at Stop and Shop for many years. He had a curious mind and loved new experiences, which he explored through cruises and trying new foods; he also loved cooking. In his free time, he spent much of his time sitting by the pool, and he was an avid reader, especially the Harry Potter series; additionally, he loved watching football—he was a huge fan of the Steelers. He also loved going on deep-sea fishing trips with friends and family, as well as visiting Maine in the summers to visit family. He was always surrounded by many wonderful people, and he always knew how to get a laugh out of everybody. He is survived by his loving wife, Tiffany (Stasiowski) Wynn of Chicopee; two brothers, Robert Wynn of North Salem, NY, and Andrew Wynn of Weston, CT; his in-laws, Gary and Jennifer Stasiowski; his brother-in-law, Aaron Stasiowski, aka his “little buddy”; his wife’s grandparents, Charles “Gus” and Janice “Meemaw” Derouin; her Uncle, Joseph Derouin; additionally, William left behind his cats, Oreo and Daisy May. A Celebration of life will take place on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at the Grise Funeral Home, 280 Springfield St, Chicopee. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
