David “Dave” Michael Kadisevskis passed away on September 22, 2026, his 67th birthday.
Dave grew up in Attleboro, Massachusetts. For 22 years, he and his longtime partner, Paula H. (Frisoli) Araujo, owned and operated Michael’s Restaurant in Swansea, Massachusetts. They shared 22 years together before Paula’s passing in 2019.
Dave was fortunate to find love and companionship again with Linda Robillard, who shared three years of his life and remained by his side through his final days.
Anyone who knew Dave knew that he loved to have a good time. He loved the beach, motorcycles, cars, football, classic rock, Bud Light, weekend trips to the White Mountains, and sneaking movie references or song lyrics into conversations whenever the opportunity presented itself. He could always put a smile on your face and made friends everywhere he went.
Dave is survived by his son, David Michael Kadisevskis II and his wife, Justine, and their sons, Michael and Diogo; his daughter, Hailey Rose Kadisevskis and her husband, Edward Higgins, and Hailey’s mother, Terri Cross-Michaelangelo; and his stepdaughter, Erica Araujo and her spouse, Ashley Rush.
He is also survived by his brother Paul and Paul’s daughters, Katrina and Valerie; his sister, Ingrid; and his brother Carl, Carl’s wife Gloria, and Carl’s children, Amanda, Rachel, and James.
Dave was predeceased by his loving partner, Paula; his father, Edmunds Kadisevskis; his stepmother, Andra Kadisevskis; his mother, Bertha Mae Mason; his stepson Michael Dias; and his stepson Michael Araujo.
Dave will be remembered for his generosity, his sense of humor, the stories he told, and the way he could make an ordinary day a little more fun. He lived simply, loved deeply, and left behind countless memories with his family and many friends.
To know Dave was to love him, and he will be deeply missed.
Friends of Dave are cordially invited to attend a celebration of his life at the Mansfield Elks Lodge, 140 North Main Street, Mansfield, Massachusetts on Saturday, November 14, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
