OLSEN, William A. of Dedham, September 17, 2026. Beloved husband of Linda (Raposo) Olsen. Devoted father of Michele Caulfield and her husband Steven of Walpole, Cynthia Murphy of Weymouth, and Lauren Olsen of Dedham. Grandfather of Andrew, Emma, and Sarah Caulfield, Keith, Cadence, and Meredith Murphy, and Natalie Knox. Brother of Carol Nappellio and her husband Peter of Duxbury, Charles Olsen and his wife Maureen of Lakeville, Douglas Olsen and his wife Linda of Dedham, and David Olsen of Dedham.
William was a retired banker, member of the Wellesley American Legion Post 72, and a volunteer at the Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital.
Visiting hours will be held at the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St, Dedham on Monday, Sept. 21 from 4:00-7:00pm. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday, Sept. 22 at 11:00am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment in Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham.
