Patricia E. (Taylor) Tilton, 83, of Rochester, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2026 at Tobey Hospital. She was the wife of the late Timothy M. Tilton, they shared 37 years of marriage.
Mrs. Tilton was born in Acushnet, daughter of the late Floyd E. Taylor and the late Evelyn P. (Winslow) Almeida and had resided in Rochester for over 10 years. Prior to retirement, she had worked as a nurse's aide for various area nursing homes.
She enjoyed cross stitching, doing crossword puzzles and tending to her garden and houseplants. She had many beloved pets that passed before her and had a lot of love for her grandbaby pets that she spoiled rotten.
Survivors include her 4 children: Jeffrey Gomes of Los Angeles, CA, Rodney Gomes of Simi Valley, CA, Michelle Gomes of Rochester and Allison Varela of AZ; 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Mark Gomes and sister of the late Carol Taylor, Webster Taylor, Edward Taylor and Warren Taylor.
