Tammy M. Blight, 67, of Nashua, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully at her home on September 1, 2026. Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, to Richard Blight and the late Nancy Moran, Tammy lived a life defined by her steady dedication, her unwavering strength, and her deep love for her family and friends.
For 27 dedicated years, Tammy worked as a Work Flow Coordinator Manager for United Healthcare. Her colleagues knew her as a dedicated, hardworking, and positive presence who brought a quiet strength and steadfast commitment to her daily responsibilities. Throughout her seven-year battle with cancer, she showed herself to be a true fighter, facing every challenge with remarkable resilience, courage, and a vibrant spirit that inspired all who knew her.
Beyond her professional life, Tammy had a genuine passion for living life to the fullest. She loved to travel, embraced new experiences, and found immense joy in trips to the beach and spending time with her devoted dog, Sadie. Above all, her heart belonged to those closest to her. She shared 31 beautiful years with her partner, Vivian Harrison. Together, they built a life full of mutual support and love. Tammy also took great pride in helping raise Vivian's daughter, Shatanna Harrison-Poulin, cherishing and guiding her as her own.
Tammy leaves behind a family who will miss her dearly. She is survived by her partner, Vivian; her stepdaughter, Shatanna, and Shatanna's husband, Bart; her cherished grandson, Jamerius; her father, Richard; her sisters, Cindy and Laurie; her brother-in-law, Chuck; her Aunt Deb and Uncle Ed Panessiti; two nieces, Tara and Kerri Blight; her close long-term friend, Rachel Boudreau; and her devoted dog, Sadie, along with many dear friends and extended relatives. She was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Moran; her sister, Dottie Green, and brother-in-law, Curt Green; and her brother-in-law, Frank Barnum.
