Obituary

Barbara Krajewski, age 70, of Manchester, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully on Sunday August 30, 2026 at home, following a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. She was surrounded by the love of her family and will be remembered for her strength, devotion, and the quiet warmth she shared with all who knew her.

Barbara was born on July 27, 1956, in Manchester, NH, to Emile Krajewski Sr. and Germaine (Fisher) Krajewski. A lifelong resident of Manchester, Barbara took great pride in her roots and her community. She attended local schools and was an employee of Summit Packaging for over 20 years. Her life was deeply intertwined with the place she called home, and she cherished the familiarity, friendships, and memories built there over a lifetime.

Barbara's legacy was being a mother and grandmother. She is survived by her daughters, Pamela Krajewski and Tina Krajewski of Manchester, NH, and she carried the memory of her beloved son, Marc Krajewski, who predeceased her - but close to her heart every day. Barbara was a loving grandmother to her granddaughters Raven Morris, Jada Krajewski, and Jordyn Krajewski, and her grandson Seth Krompinger, each of whom brought her immense joy and pride.

Barbara is survived by her loving partner of 25 years, David Kaplan, sisters Linda Porter, Gloria Valliere, Susan Russell, Jeannette Mokhberi, Eva Blackman, and Helen Poirier. She was predeceased by her siblings Emole Krajewski, George Krajewski, and Patricia Jameson. Barbara leaves behind many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and friends who will remember her fondly and miss her deeply.

In her quieter moments, Barbara found joy in life’s simple pleasures. Her favorite pastimes were watching football, going to bingo, family events and holiday gatherings - especially when she could share those moments with her children, sisters, and loved ones. These outings were filled with laughter, friendly competition, and the comfort of being together - memories that will be treasured by her family for years to come.

Barbara faced her illness with remarkable strength and grace. Even during difficult days, she remained focused on living for the people she loved most. Her resilience and quiet courage left a lasting impression on everyone who walked alongside her during that time.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 from 5 to 7 pm at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home. A prayer service will take place at 6:30 pm in the funeral home.

Barbara will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her gentle spirit, and the countless memories she created through simple moments of togetherness. Though she is no longer with us, her love lives on in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, and all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her memory will forever be a source of comfort, strength, and love.
