En memoria de Plinio Perelló

Con profundo pesar, despedimos a nuestro querido Plinio Perelló, quien falleció a los 80 años en Boston, Massachusetts, después de luchar valientemente contra el cáncer durante más de 20 años.
Nacido en Baní, República Dominicana, y residente de Canton, Massachusetts, durante muchos años, Plinio fue un hombre trabajador, honesto y decidido, que se preocupó profundamente por su comunidad. A lo largo de su vida, dedicó su tiempo y sus esfuerzos a servir a su pueblo natal, especialmente a Villa Güera, Santa Rosa y otras comunidades de Baní.
Para nosotros, su familia, fue ante todo un esposo amoroso, un padre dedicado, un abuelo querido y un bisabuelo entrañable. Su fortaleza, sus valores y el amor que sentía por su familia permanecerán para siempre como parte de nuestro legado familiar.
Le sobreviven su esposa, Berenice Perelló; sus hijos, Julie, Pilar, Miguel, Sugerlie, Heidy y Julio; 15 nietos y 2 bisnietos.
Hoy nos despedimos con tristeza, pero también con profunda gratitud por la vida que tuvimos la bendición de compartir con él. Su recuerdo permanecerá para siempre en nuestros corazones.
Descansa en paz, Papá Plinio. Siempre te amaremos.
El velatorio de Plinio se llevará a cabo el viernes 28 de agosto de 2026, a las 5:00 p. m., en P.E. Murray – F.J. Murray Funeral Home, 2000 Centre Street, West Roxbury, Massachusetts. Las horas de visita serán de 5:00 a 8:00 p. m. Familiares y amigos están cordialmente invitados a acompañarnos.

With profound sorrow, we say goodbye to our beloved Plinio Perelló, who passed away at the age of 80 in Boston, Massachusetts, after courageously battling cancer for more than 20 years.
Born in Baní, Dominican Republic, and a longtime resident of Canton, Massachusetts, Plinio was a hardworking, honest, and determined man who cared deeply about his community. Throughout his life, he dedicated his time and efforts to serving his hometown, especially Villa Güera, Santa Rosa, and other communities throughout Baní.
To us, his family, he was above all a loving husband, a devoted father, a cherished grandfather, and a beloved great-grandfather. His strength, values, and deep love for his family will remain forever a part of our family legacy.
He is survived by his wife, Berenice Perelló; his children, Julie, Pilar, Miguel, Sugerlie, Heidy, and Julio; 15 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Today, we say goodbye with sadness, but also with profound gratitude for the life we were blessed to share with him. His memory will remain forever in our hearts.
Rest in peace, Papá Plinio. We will always love you.
Plinio’s wake will be held on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., at P.E. Murray – F.J. Murray Funeral Home, 2000 Centre Street, West Roxbury, Massachusetts. Visiting hours will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Family and friends are warmly invited to join us.
