
Mary Ann Guarino (Reppucci) of Boston passed away on August 18, 2026. She was 88 years old. Mary Ann was the beloved wife of the late Hugo Guarino. Born in Boston, she was the cherished daughter of the late Arcangelo and Aldesia (Dello Iacono) Reppucci.
Prior to her retirement, Mary Ann was employed by Mass General Brigham where she worked in the billing dept. Mary Ann loved to cook and keep a well clean home. She enjoyed listening to music, especially her favorite artist, Engelbert Humperdinck. For many years, Mary Ann enjoyed the companionship of her four Pomeranian dogs, which all were given the same name. Above all, being in the company of family and friends was her greatest joy.
Mary Ann was devoted mother of Diane Tanso and her husband Robert of Methuen, Debbie Gilardi of Peabody and Dana Guarino of Lynn. She was the adored grandmother of Robert Tanso, Briana Sandberger, and Cory Graffeo, and the loving great-grandmother of Maverick Tanso and Alana and Michael Sandberger. Mary Ann was the dear sister of the late Carmen and Joseph Reppucci, Sophia Taglieri and Anthony Reppucci. She also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held in St. Leonard Church, Hanover St., Boston, MA, on Tuesday, August 25, at 10AM. Relatives and friends are invited. Please go directly to church.
Services will conclude with burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
