Buschini, Robert J. of Wellesley, formerly of Wayland, passed away on August 13, 2026, surrounded by his loving family at age 98. Bob “Papa” was kind beyond measure, generous without expectation, and loving in a way that made everyone around him feel like the most important person in the world. Bob was the epitome of the perfect dad, papa, husband, brother, uncle and friend.
Cherished husband of the late Isabella (Fuccillo) Buschini. Beloved son of the late Joseph F. Buschini and Cesarina (Aimone) Buschini. Loving father of Andrea Buschini Quinn and her husband Gary Hawks. Adored grandfather of Luke, Alexa, and Kara Quinn.
He was also the beloved brother of the late Joseph F. Buschini Jr. and James A. Buschini. Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to his Funeral Mass at St. Paul Church, 502 Washington St. Wellesley, MA on Wednesday, August 19, at 10:00 a.m., followed by refreshments in the Parish Hall.
