GILFORD ---- William Paul Cusolito “Billy” passed on Friday, July 31, 2026 peacefully at Concord Hospital, Laconia. NH
He was born on September 17, 1951 in Winchester, MA, and he grew up in Lexington MA.
In 1969 Billy graduated from Lexington High School. Always involved in sports he lettered in 3 sports; football, hockey and baseball.
In 1973 he graduated from Norwich University in Northfield VT. He was the captain, and middle linebacker, on the football team, the Cadets. His interests were reading, physical fitness, diet, boxing and long walks.
After graduation Billy moved to Detroit, MI, where he was a line mechanic at Stroh’s Brewery and Chrysler Corporation.
In 2023 Billy moved to Gilford, NH. He continued a physical fitness program daily, working out at home and enjoyed maintaining his home, car and yard. Billy also enjoyed long walks, Sawyer’s Ice Cream, Gilford Beach, car rides and lunches out!
Billy is survived by his sister Judy Kreamer, brother John and wife Anne, sister Donna Jean Ryan, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at Ashland Community Church at 11:00am on Saturday, August 22, 2026.
