Obituary

Victor DiNino of Dedham died Saturday September 23, 2006 at the VA Medical Center in West Roxbury. He was 87. A long time Dedham resident, Mr. DiNino was born in Ellsworth, PA. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a retired employee of Westinghouse Electric Corp.

He was the beloved husband of Concetta (Fallavollita) DiNino. He was the devoted father of Maryann DiNino, Lory Vettori and her husband Stephen and Carla Boudreau and her husband Jim all of Dedham. Loving Nonno of Stephen Jr., Brian, Janelle and Patrice Vettori and Jillian, Nicholas and Jonathan Boudreau. He is also survived by his sisters, Helen Sisi of Hyde Park and Mary Bianchi of Newton. He was the brother of the late Albert DiNino, Clorinda Paolini, Phyllis Tempesta and Caroline Mowatt.

His funeral will be held from the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St., Dedham, on Tuesday at 8:00 AM. His funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Mary’s Church, Dedham, at 9:00 AM. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours will be on Monday from 4-8 PM. Interment will be in Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, 10 Brookline PlaceWest, 6th Floor, Brookline, MA 02445-7226.
