Marie Armide Pierre, 80, of Brockton, passed away on July 30th at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital.
She was born in Croix-des-Bouquets, Haiti, the daughter of the late Odilon Pierre and Brilancia Victor. Marie was a businesswoman who worked very hard throughout her life to support and provide for her family. She enjoyed cooking, especially preparing meals for those around her, dancing, and watching television. Marie was especially known for her generous heart and her willingness to help others whenever she could.
Marie is survived by her three sons, Jean Frantz Tilus, Jean Rosier Pierre, and Jean Junior Pierre; two daughters, Marie Louidy Pierre and Kerby Pierre; two sisters, Lidiana Pierre and Gislene Pierre; and ten grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Rousseau Pierre, Michel Salomon, Marie Eleonord Andre, and Christina Pierre.
Funeral Services will be held at the Portuguese Seventh-day Adventist Church, 127 N. Quincy Street, Abington, on Friday, August 14th, at 8:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Melrose Cemetery, 88 N. Pearl Street, Brockton.
