Obituary

Byografi Moïse Pierre-Louis

As we open the biography of Moïse Pierre-Louis, the Pierre- Louis family would like to warmly welcome everyone gathered here today. They sincerely thank each person for being present, for their support, and for sharing this moment of remembrance.

May our prayers be with his wife, his children, his relatives, and all those who are grieving his passing. May we continue to remember the life, values, and love that he shared with everyone around him.

Today, we gather to honor the life of Moïse Pierre-Louis, a man whose journey was shaped by hard work, dedication, love, and kindness.

Moïse Pierre-Louis was born on September 4, 1945, in Petit- Goâve, Haiti, in the area of Source Pineau. He grew up in his hometown before continuing his studies in Port-au-Prince.

He began his professional journey at Haïti Metal, where he built many years of service. His coworkers remember him as a dedicated, disciplined, and respectful person who always
carried out his responsibilities with seriousness and commitment.

In 1981, he left Haiti to begin a new chapter of his life in the United States. With courage and determination, he worked hard to support the people he loved and to build a better future.

He was married to Viergina Fremont and was the father of Rodolphe Pierre-Louis and Elizabeth Pierre-Louis. To those close to him, he was a source of strength, guidance, and comfort someone they could always rely on.

Moïse Pierre-Louis passed away on July 27, 2026, at the age of 80, at his home in Boston, after facing a long illness with courage and dignity.

He is survived by his wife, his children, his brother Yves Charlemagne, and the Pierre-Louis, Fremont, Charlemagne, Jean-Baptiste, and Saint-Louis families. He also leaves behind many friends who will remember him as a humble, generous, and caring person.

Moïse was a quiet man, but his actions spoke for him. Through his work, his sacrifices, and the way he cared for others, he created memories and left a lasting impact on the lives of those who knew him.

Pou fanmi Pierre-Louis la, non Moïse te pote yon siyifikasyon espesyal. Menm jan ak Moyiz nan Bib la ki te mennen pèp li a sou chemen espwa ak delivrans. Moïse Pierre-Louis te chwazi yon chemen kouraj ak sakrifis pou prepare yon pi bon avni pou moun li te renmen yo.

Li te kite peyi li avèk yon objektif klè, li te travay ak anpil detèminasyon, li te pran responsabilite li oserye, epi li te toujou la pou fanmi li nan tout moman difisil yo .

Lè nou reflechi sou lavi li, nou wè yon moun ki te kite dèyè plis pase yon senp souvni. Li kite yon eritaj ki chita sou respè, travay, kouraj, lanmou ak jenerozite.

Menm si absans li pote doulè nan kè moun ki te renmen li, egzanp li ap kontinye viv atravè valè li te montre chak jou ak tras li kite nan lavi lòt moun.

Jodi a, nou sonje Moïse Pierre-Louis avèk rekonesans ak respè. Nou pap sèlman sonje jou li kite nou, men n ap selebre lavi yon moun ki te viv ak diyite e ki te renmen moun.

Rest in peace, Moïse Pierre-Louis. Your kindness, your sacrifices, and your love will continue to live in the hearts of all who knew you.
