Caroline T. “Carol” (LaMarca) Dalton, of Medford, passed away on Wednesday, July 29th. She was 89. Born in Boston, she was the cherished daughter of the late Salvatore and Theresa (Siciliano) LaMarca.
Carol looked forward to her family vacations to Disney. She enjoyed the thrills and the excitement of the park with her grandchildren. Carol was a diehard Red Sox fan and cheered for them whether at home or Fenway Park. She loved spending time at the casino and visiting Cape Cod.
Carol was the devoted mother of Donald Dalton and his wife Nancy and the late Deborah Dalton. She was the loving grandmother of Donald Dalton Jr and his partner Kim Canadas and Brian Dalton and his wife Meaghan. She was the caring great grandmother of John, Keegan and Rory. She was the dear sister of Anthony LaMarca and his late wife Barbara and the late Steve LaMarca and his late wife Jean. Carol is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service will be held in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Tuesday, August 11th at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with Carol’s family from 10 to 11 AM. Interment will be private.
