Edward J. Gagan, Jr., 73, of Mapleville, RI passed away at his home on Friday, July 24, 2026. He was the husband of Mary-Frances (Cote) Gagan.
Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Edward J. Gagan, Sr. and Helen (Hebert) Gagan. He had most recently lived in Mapleville.
Ed was an auto mechanic before his retirement. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his two daughters, Heather Girard and Tammy Phillips, and his two sons, Edward J. Gagan, III and John Gagan. He also leaves his brother, David Gagan, and his sister, Nancy Dubois, a granddaughter, four grandsons, and nine great-grandchildren.
His services were private.
