It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of our sister, Christine Mayer of Winthrop, MA on July 19, 2026, after a brief battle with cancer.
Born September 30, 1959 to the late Harold and Margaret Mayer of Winthrop.
Christine is survived by her siblings Maria and her husband Kevin of CT., Janice and the late Charles and Barbara of Winthrop. Christine was also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. She was the proud and loving Aunt to Robert (and his wife Jessica), Blaise and Margaret Driscoll and Great-Aunt Wiggie to Mason whom she loved to the moon and back.
Christine was the pillar of strength; a free spirit who was passionate about the care of others. A celebration of Christine’s life will be held with details to follow.
