Ledyard - Bernard J. “Bernie” Lippman, 79, of Ledyard, formerly of Brooklyn, NY, passed away on Monday, July 20, 2026 after a very active life and a short stay at Connecticut Hospice. Bernie was the beloved father to Molly and Margo; wife to Mary, who predeceased him in 2022; and friend, basketball/racquetball/pickleball competitor, manager/boss, and more to many.
Those who knew Bernie know how much he loved telling stories. His family invites you all to start thinking about your favorite stories involving Bernie.
