Wendy A. Duggan, of Woburn, peacefully passed away the morning of July 11 2026, at the age of 44 years old. She is the loving daughter of Sherri A. (Warren) Duggan-Sullivan and John T. Sullivan of Woburn and Timothy J. Duggan and his wife Lisa of Woburn.
Wendy was a joy to be around, with a contagious smile and beautiful laugh that could brighten even the darkest of days. She is also survived by her siblings Michael J. Duggan and his wife Emily of Bloomfield CT, Mary Catherine A. Sullivan and Christopher J. Sullivan of Woburn, paternal grandmother Lucille Sullivan of Malden, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and the many many friends she made during her lifetime.
Wendy was a resident of New England Pediatric Care in North Billerica at the time of her death. They are also considered family and will miss her enormously. Our memories of Wendy will live on for eternity. Predeceased are paternal grandparents Richard E. (Dick) Duggan and Anna J. Duggan formerly of Woburn, grandfather Robert Sullivan formerly of Malden. Maternal grandparents Richard A. Warren formerly of Hollywood, CA, and Carol A. Warren formerly of Woburn.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, July 22nd, at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 280 Main St., Woburn, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend (please go directly to the church).
