LACONIA ---- Robert “Bob” Boulanger, 92, of Laconia, NH, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at Belknap County Nursing Home.
Bob was born on April 1, 1934 in Claremont, NH to the late Louis and Yvonne (Latendresse) Boulanger. He grew up in Claremont until the age of seven when the family moved to Lowell, MA. Bob attended Lowell schools and graduated from Lowell High School in 1952. He met the love of his life, Dolores, in 1952 while in high school and they married in August of 1956.
Bob belonged to several antique car clubs. He served on advisory boards of both marine and RV manufacturing companies. Bob and Dolores traveled to Europe and Asia frequently.
He and his late brother Richard operated Forrest Marine and Trailer Company in Tyngsboro, MA for 45 years. He retired in 2005.
Bob is survived by his wife of 69 years, Dolores (Bukala) Boulanger; daughters Robin Lowrey and her husband James, and Deborah Boulanger; grandchildren Shelby, Amanda, Heather, and Kimberly; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, he is predeceased by his brother Richard Boulanger.
A private graveside service will be held at the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Garfield Street, Laconia, NH.
