Joann Combee Webb, 72, of Fitzgerald, died, Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at her residence.
Memorial services will be private.
Mrs. Webb was born December 1, 1953, in Tampa, Florida to the late Council Franklin “Peanut” & Mary Alice Lamb Combee. She worked in healthcare as a CNA and enjoyed her time working with handicapped children as a bus monitor for the Worth County school system. She enjoyed being outdoors, bird watching and fishing. Mrs. Webb attended Rocky Mount Baptist Church in Ashburn, Georgia.
She is survived by her husband, Barny Webb; her daughters: Joyce Page (Gary Lowery), Peggy Peterson (Charlie Armstrong) and Charlotte Russ (Edward Stanley); stepchildren: Lisa Reynolds (Keith), Andy Webb (Selina), Tina Barber (Terry), and Michelle Delgado (Ruben); numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters: Pat Hall, Sandy Thomas (Charles), Virgina Holton and Laverne Yarberry (E.C). In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Michael Moore; a brother, Stanley Combee; infant brother, Charlie Franklin Combee and an infant sister, Shirley Ruth Combee.
