LACONIA ---- It is with profound sadness that we announce the untimely passing of John F. Anderson, 62, who left this world unexpectedly on Monday, April 13, 2026, in Laconia, NH.
John was born on October 4, 1963, in Boston, MA, to the late Frederick C. Anderson, Jr. and Frances (Sheehan) Anderson. He grew up with a vibrant spirit and an innate passion for helping others, which guided him throughout his life.
John was a dedicated realtor and the proud owner of John Anderson Realty, where he served his community with integrity and a commitment to service. His ability to connect with people and his genuine desire to help them find their perfect property made a lasting impact on many in the real estate industry and the lives he touched. John was also a licensed pilot and flying instructor. It was a true passion of his. He taught many how to fly at Emerson Aviation at Laconia Airport.
He is survived by his dear sister Patricia Bushey and her husband Andrew; brothers Frederick and his wife Roberta, Robert and his wife Marjorie, and James and his wife Jane; and nieces and nephews Joseph Anderson, Christina Anderson, Robert Anderson, Jr., Michael Anderson, Thomas Anderson, Marie Corbi, Kathy Sargent, and Alison and James Bushey, who will hold his memory close to their hearts. Along with his parents, he is predeceased by his sister Ellen Anderson.
John's life was taken from us far too soon, but his spirit and kindness will undoubtedly live on in the memories of all who knew him. As we navigate the pain of this loss, we will also cherish the moments that made John an irreplaceable part of our lives. May he rest in peace.
Calling Hours will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 3:00pm-5:00pm in the Carriage House at the Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home,164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH.
A Graveside Service will take place later this summer at Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham, MA.
