Dolly found joy in life's simple pleasures. To know Dolly was to know the joy of a warm home and a listening ear. She had the uncanny ability to find the silver lining in every situation. Above all she was the heart and soul of our family and the glue that held us all together. She loved to read, watch the Red Sox, Celtics, the Patriots and most of all spent time with her adoring family and the dinner table was always a place of laughter and love, especially during special occasions and the holidays. She was the rock of the family, she dedicated her whole life to her husband, children, grandchildren, family and friends, they were her life's greatest treasures. No one could ever replace her, she was simply giving of herself to not only her family but also her dear friends. Dolly also loved to travel back to Ireland with her family. Dolly leaves behind a legacy of giving so freely, her family will carry forward.

Dolly endured so many health battles in life but she never let anyone know how much pain she was in, she fought hard with fierce strength until the very end like she had done all her life. She will leave behind a beautiful legacy of love and she will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

It will not be easy to say goodbye to our mom but she will live on in all of us each and everyday. Till we meet again Mom, we love you. Rest in peace.
