Michael "Mike" James Moody, age 53, of Manchester, NH passed away on June 10, 2026. He was born on November 28, 1972 to Norman Moody and Joyce Lounsbury and was raised in Laconia, NH. After high school, Mike became a machinist and dedicated over 20 years to the trade, taking great pride in his work and earning the respect of colleagues and friends through his craftsmanship.
Mike shared 35 beautiful years with his beloved wife, Tammy Moody, including 29 years of marriage. He enjoyed singing and playing guitar in his band, Sonic Structure, and hosting family gatherings where his passion for barbecuing brought loved ones together. Mike was known for his humor, outgoing personality, and passion for his family. He was predeceased by his father, Norman Moody, and his brother, Gary Croteau. He is survived by his wife, Tammy Moody; daughter, Selena Jacobson; mother, Joyce Lounsbury; brother, Daniel Croteau; sisters, Teri Lorden, Brenda Leonard, and Julie Bombard; a special niece, Sonja, along with many beloved nieces and nephews; and one expected grandson who will carry forward his memory.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date and will include a barbecue in Mike's honor; details to follow.
