Michael Anthony Silva, known to family and friends as Mikey, of Lowell, Massachusetts, passed away on June 11, 2026, at the age of 39.
Born on April 3, 1987, Mikey was the son of the late Michael Silva and Cheryl Begley of Lowell. He was educated in Lowell, attending Lowell High School, and spent his working years in the food service industry.
Mikey had a generous heart and a natural warmth that drew people to him. He treasured above all else the time he spent with his family, especially with his Nana and his mother, who were so central to his life. He also loved to bowl but music was his passion.
He is survived by his mother, Cheryl Begley and her significant other, Michael McQuaid both of Lowell; his brothers, Nicholas Silva of Melbourne, Florida, and Ryan Silva and his fiancée, Amanda Milinazzo, and their children, Elias and Harlee, all of Lowell; his grandmothers, Genevieve Silva and Rita Begley; his uncle and aunt, Jerry and Kelly Begley; and his cousins, including Johnny Begley and Dennis Begley also his aunts,uncles, extended family and countless dear friends.
He was also predceased by his grandfather, the late Larry Begley.
