Thomas L. "Tommy" Smallwood, Jr., 88, of Clarkesville, Tennessee, formerly of Tifton, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2026, at Arcadia Assisted Living Facility in Clarkesville, Tennessee. Arrangements will be announced later.
Among his survivors is his wife, Merle Smallwood, of Clarkesville, Tennessee, formerly of Tifton.
