Kirsten Noelle Bittner
December 27, 1975- June 6, 2026
Kirsten Noelle Bittner, 50, of Anderson, IN, passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Community Hospital in Anderson, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on December 27, 1975, in Anderson, the daughter of Jim and Marsha (Friermood) Bittner. She was a 1994 graduate of Anderson High School where she excelled as a featured soloist with Singers Unlimited and a member of the Madrigal Singers. She was employed as a Mortgage Underwriter and manager for 20 years.
Kirsten enjoyed traveling, especially the time spent by the ocean or at the Barbee Chain of Lakes where she loved fishing and swimming. She enjoyed artistic drawing and was a wonderful singer. Kirsten often said that “family comes first” and treasured her grandchildren. She also became a mentor to many young women who reached out to her as a “mom” for advice.
She is survived by her parents, Jim and Marsha; her son, Bryan Tyvon (Logane) Bittner; stepchildren Tila and Tiarious Waughfield; grandchildren, Braylee, Kayden, London, Landon; brother, Tyler Bittner; aunts and uncles Rick (Noni) Bittner, Pam (Dave) Merrill, Lisa (Mark) Burnett Butzow; many loving cousins and friends. She will be greatly missed by her beloved yellow Lab, Bella Rose, and her new Siamese kitten, Milo.
Kirsten was preceded in death by her grandparents Walt and Irene Bittner and Ray and Mary Friermood.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service from 10am until 12 noon. A celebration of life service will follow at noon officiated by Revs. James and Shelley Haffener.
Memorial contributions may be given to Liberty Christian School.
