Fall River - Arlene T. (Logan) Nickerson, 84, of Little Compton, RI passed away unexpectedly, Monday, September 18, 2006 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. She was the widow of Earl S. Nickerson.
Born in Attleboro, MA, daughter of the late Thomas “Joe” Logan and the late Alda (Norderman) Logan, she had resided in the Tiverton / Little Compton area for over 60 years.
Survivors include 2 sons: Earl S. Nickerson, Jr. of Little Compton, RI and Gary W. Nickerson of Swansea; a brother: Joseph Logan of MI; 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Mertis DeMenzes.
Services to which relatives and friends are invited will be Friday, September 22, 2006 at the Potter Funeral Home at 11:00 A.M.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 10 - 11 A.M.
Interment will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Tiverton, RI.
