John J. "Jack" Andre, 76, of Tewksbury, passed away on May 29, 2026 at Lowell General Hospital in Lowell. He was born on October 24, 1949 in Lowell, the son of the late Richard Andre and the late Ruth (Bromley) Andre.
Jack grew up in Tewksbury and was educated in the Tewksbury schools. He worked for many years as a plasterer in the construction trade. He was a proud member of the former VFW Post 8164.
Music was one of the great joys of Jack's life. A devoted lover of oldies, he kept music playing around the clock, filling every room with the songs he loved.
He is survived by his longtime companion, Linda Williamson, with whom he shared over 40 years together. He also leaves his daughter, Tracy Weymouth and her husband Barry of Plaistow, NH; his grandchildren, Kayla, Holly and Ava; and several great-grandchildren. He is further survived by his siblings, Helen Grassi and her husband Glenn of Plymouth, MA, Richard Andre of Ormond Beach, FL, Mary Andre and her companion Bob Whalen of Tewksbury, Kathy Fisher of Pepperell, MA, and Daniel Andre of Tewksbury. He was the brother of the late Carol Andre Daykin. Jack also leaves many nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
In accordance with Jack's wishes, there are no funeral services.
