Michael J. Cronin, lifelong resident of Medford, passed away on Monday, April 27th. He was 75. Born and raised in Medford, he was the cherished son of the late Francis R. and Mary H. (Dempsey) Cronin. Michael retired from the Middlesex Probate Court after a long prosperous career and he was a diehard Boston sports fan.
Michael was the dear brother of Maryellen Cronin, Kathleen Murphy, Sean Cronin, Sheila Lippman, Brian Cronin and the late Francis X. Cronin. He was the loving uncle of Jennifer Cronin, Rebecca Cronin, Conor Lippman, Sean Cronin and his wife Christiana.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, May 6th, from 9 AM to 11:00 AM in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, MA, followed by a funeral Mass Saint Raphael Church, 512 High St, Medford, at 11:30 AM. Relatives and friends are invited. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
