SECHEYCO, Joseph Lifelong resident of Newton Upper Falls, passed away on April 22, 2026. Son of the late Walter and Mary (Budkevich) Secheyco. Beloved husband of the late Carol (Quinn) Secheyco. Loving father of Karen McDermott and Mark Secheyco. Cherished grandfather of Alicia, Samantha, Paige, and Ashley, and great-grandfather of Julian, Alexander, Violet, and Piper. Dear brother of Ann Tubert, Walter Edwards, Peter Saychek, John Ewseychik, Tony Secheyco, Peter Secheyco, and Julia DeMichele.
Joseph was a Navy Veteran, and retired foreman at the Newton Department of Public Works. A graveside service will be held at St. Mary's Cemetery, Needham on Friday, May 8th a 12 Noon. Relatives and friends kindly invited. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Joseph’s memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105-1905.
