Renato “Renny” C. Spagnuolo passed away peacefully, accompanied by his loving family, at Massachusetts General Hospital on Friday, April, 24th. He was 79. Born and raised in Boston’s North End, Renny was the son of the late Domenico and Rose (Mortella) Spagnuolo.
Renny was a restaurateur in the North End for many years and he is survived by his loving family. He was the beloved father of Francesca, and the dear brother of Claudia Iandoli and the late Frank Spagnuolo. He also leaves his wonderful nephew Jerry Iandoli.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit with the family on Wednesday, April 29th from 9 AM to 10 AM at St. Leonard Church, Hanover St., Boston’s North End with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 10 AM. Services will conclude with burial at St. Michael Cemetery, Boston.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Renny’s name to St. Leonard Parish.
