McMahon, Marilyn (Wolfe) Age 81, of Walpole, formerly of West Roxbury, passed away on April 25, 2026. Beloved wife for 48 years of John S. McMahon Sr. (former Deputy Fire Chief, Town of Dedham).
Loving mother of Lynne M. Payne, Karen E. Henry and her partner Edward Gardner, Christine A. Sullivan and her husband Todd. Stepmother of Christa Pardo, John S. McMahon Jr. and his wife Lisa, James McMahon and his wife Laura, Heidi Adams and her husband Wes. Sister of the late Virginia Smith. Also survived by 9 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held at the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home 456 High St. Dedham on Wednesday, April 29th from 8:15-9:30am, followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Mary’s Church, Dedham at 10am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marilyn’s memory to Dana-Farber/ Jimmy Fund Tribute Program, 1 Harvard St., Brookline MA 02146-9795.
