GILMORE, William E. “Gull” of Hyde Park, April 21, 2026 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved son of the late Dorothy (Fata) Riley. Brother of Edward Coolbrith and his wife Maribeth of Medfield and the late Karen Girouard. Uncle of Kristi Tamanini, Kori Tamanini, Nicole Wilson, and Olivia Duckworth.
William was a graduate of Hyde Park High School class of 1974 and Wentworth Institute. He was loved by all and never had a bad word to say about anyone. He was the first to compliment and encourage all of his friends.
Visiting hours will be held at the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St, Dedham on Monday, April 27 from 4-7pm. His funeral will be held from the funeral home on Tuesday, April 28 at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Dedham at 10am (accessible parking in the rear of the church). Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Hyde Park. Expressions of sympathy may be made in William’s memory to the charity of your choice.
