Jessica Concepcion, 46, of Brockton, Massachusetts, passed away on April 6, 2026, after a courageous battle with kidney disease.
A devoted mother to Lyric (12) and Kyanni (17), Jessica’s greatest joy in life was caring for her children. She loved music, fashion, and spending time with her family. Her strength, warmth, and presence could light up any room, and she was always there to help anyone in need.
Jessica will be remembered as a loving mother, daughter, sister, cousin, and a friend who was truly treasured by all who knew her. Her strength and spirit will live on through her children and the many lives she touched.
She is survived by her loving mother, Luscreicia Eddins; her brothers, Joseph Concepcion Jr. and Fernando Moreno; and her two beloved children, Lyric Maestre and Kyanni Layne.
