Raymond Lewis Yarbrough, 57, passed away in April 10, 2026, in Oxnard, California. He was born March 8, 1969 in Port Hueneme, California.
Raymond was a devoted father, son, uncle, and brother who loved his family deeply. He had a true passion for surfing and found joy in playing the drums. Known for his kind spirit and generous heart, Raymond was the kind or person who would go out of his way to help anyone in need. His warmth, compassion, and selflessness left a last impression on everyone who knew him.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Sandra; his mother, Dolores; and his father, Richard. He is also survived by his sister, Jessica, and her husband, Nick; his sons, Bradley and Mateo; his stepson, Gerald; and his stepdaughter, Janetta. Raymond also leaves behind his nieces, Britney and Jessie; his nephews, Andrew and William; and his great-niece Aryah, whom he cherished deeply.
Family and friends are invited to a Funeral Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:45am Saturday April 25, 2026 in Mission Basilica San Buenaventura, 211 Main Street, Ventura.
Raymond’s memory will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched. He will be dearly missed and forever remembered for his love, generosity, and the joy he brought to otherss.
