
WEBSTER – Dolores A. “Dolly” (Gallant) Le Blanc, 91, died Monday, April 13, 2026 in UMass/Memorial at Harrington with family at her side.
She leaves 6 children, Judith A. Dupont and Jacqueline A. Power, both of Dudley, Christine A. Emery and her husband Brian of Portsmouth, VA, and David F. Dupont, Kevin A. Dupont and Lawrence C. Dupont, all of Webster; 4 grandchildren, Joshua Emery, Zachary Emery and his wife Megan, Josiah Emery and his wife Anika, and Kellie Rose Emery; a great-granddaughter, Wren Emery; a sister. Rita McCarthy of Webster; a niece, Kathy Flibbert and her husband David, and a nephew Richard McCarthy and his wife Mary. She was preceded in death by her son Alan S. Dupont in 2010, by her sister, Reverend Sister Dorothy Gallant with the Sisters of Charity in 2014, and by her daughter-in-law, Kathy Dupont in 2023.
She was born on August 7, 1934 in Webster, the daughter of Amos J. and Martha A. (Lewandowski) Gallant and was a lifelong resident. She graduated from Bartlett High School.
Dolly worked as a clerk in medical records at Hubbard Regional Hospital for many years before retiring in 2006.
She was a member of Saint Louis Church and treasured her Christian faith. She enjoyed writing poetry and short stories, singing in the choir, Bible word searches and playing cards. She loved her family deeply and always enjoyed family get-togethers.
Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, April 28, at 10:00 AM in Saint Louis Church, 15 Lake Street (please meet at the church). Burial will be in Saint Joseph Garden of Peace.
