Obituary

Jennifer Leigh (Lamb) Mulligan (46) of Tewksbury, MA, passed away in the early morning hours of April 7, 2026, less than three weeks after she was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma and AL Amyloidosis. She was the beloved wife of Donald (Donny) M. Mulligan, whom she spent the past 27 years of her life with, and she was the loving mother of Donald (Donny) R. Mulligan, Jason D. Mulligan, and Emaleigh K. Mulligan.

Jen was born on March 20, 1980, in Oxnard, CA, and she was raised in Tewksbury, MA. A graduate of Tewksbury Memorial High School and Senior Class President of 1999, she went on to receive her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. Through hard work and dedication, she had a very successful career and was always striving for advancement.

Jen was an avid reader, and she had a thirst for knowledge. She was committed to learning more about past and current world events, and she kept close tabs on the Royal Family, a passion that she shared with some of her closest friends. She loved to travel and was fortunate enough to explore parts of Ireland, Italy, Austria, Israel, Aruba, and Hawaii, but her favorite trips were the ones closest to home. Memorial Day weekends at Mount Washington, family reunions at York Beach, summer escapes to Cape Cod and Lake Winnipesaukee, trips to Disney and Universal, and anywhere her son's basketball tournaments took her. Wherever her family was, that's where Jen wanted to be.

Jen was an extraordinary daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, but she really sparkled as a wife and mother. Built on a foundation of friendship, love, trust, admiration, and respect for one another, Jen and her husband Donny created a beautiful life together. Whether going to concerts, trying out a new restaurant, walking around a botanical expo, or stealing a weekend away at The Love Shack, they always made time for each other. Their home was filled with so much love and laughter, which can be seen when you look into the eyes of their children, Donny, Jason, and Emaleigh. Their children were Jen's pride and joy and her greatest accomplishments! Watching Donny play sports, hearing Jason play his instruments, and having a Taylor Swift dance party with Emaleigh were just a few of the things she enjoyed doing with them the most. Jen went above and beyond to be at every special event or activity that they were participating in, always providing unwavering love and encouragement for each of their passions. She'll be remembered most for her role as a devoted mother.

Jen had a heart of gold and a smile that was infectious. When she walked into a room, it lit up. Her positive attitude and genuine caring nature made people gravitate toward her. "empathetic soul," "tremendous patience," "one-of-a-kind," "someone you could always rely on," "kind," "positive," "beautiful," "level-headed," "always smiling," "best friend," "compassionate," "thoughtful," "loyal," "the one who knew exactly what to do and say," these are just some of the superlatives that have been used to describe her in recent days. She left a lasting impression on everyone she met, and she'll live forever in our hearts and in our memories.

In addition to her husband, Donny, and their children, Donny, Jason, and Emaleigh, Jen is survived by her parents and step-parents, Susan Guardino & Robert Guardino and Robert & Suzanne Lamb; her siblings and their spouses, Kristin & Michael Manoukian, Lisa & Mark Saunders, Marissa Guardino & Willian De Campos, and Roberto & Maria Lorenzatto; her in-laws, Donald T. Mulligan Sr., Donald T. Mulligan Jr. & Mary Mulligan, Kathy Mulligan, Colleen Williams, Thomas & Sarah Mulligan, Matthew & Tracey Mulligan, Matthew & Sarah Sansoucie, and Jillian & Scott Enright; her nieces and nephews, Haileigh Manoukian, Penelope Saunders, Annabelle Saunders, Ophelia Saunders, Gabriella De Campos, Logan De Campos, Matteo Lorenzatto, Liana Lorenzatto, Tanner Williams, Mason Williams, Jaylin Enright, Camden Enright, Jacob Enright, Theodore Mulligan, August Mulligan, and Luke Mulligan; and her godparents, Dale Schofield & Danny Ubele. She also shared a loving relationship with Kelly & Shelley Bonner, Alexandra Bonner & her husband, Terence Metzger Hillery & Oren Hillery, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
