Elsie M. (Mallett) Talbot, 96, of Worcester died Saturday, April 4th in St. Vincent Hospital. She leaves her son, Paul M. Talbot with whom she lived, many nieces, nephews and cousins. She also left her dear friend, Susan Sereti of Florida. She was predeceased by her siblings, Earl, Charles, Rita, and Pearl, and her niece, Carol.
She was born in Worcester, the daughter of Ernest V. and Georgianna (Lefebvre) Mallett. Mrs. Talbot worked for over 15 years at Reliable Dry Cleaners in Natick before retiring. She previously worked at area nursing homes including the Hermitage as a CAN. She enjoyed tending to her flower gardens and loved her German Shepherds dearly.
Calling hours are Thursday, April 9th from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue followed by a funeral service at 4:00 p.m. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton at a later date.
