FRANKLIN ---- Janice Louise Moeller-Limbert passed away early in the morning on Monday, March 16, 2026 at Concord Hospital-Frankin.
She was born October 7, 1933, in Weymouth, MA, the daughter of Carl Willard Dahlbom and Harriet Louise (Starr) Dahlbom.
Janice was a woman who loved life. She enjoyed happily celebrating family and friends’ milestones and new arrivals. She could be counted on in times of trouble and a strong advocate for her many causes. She was a self-taught watercolor artist and continued to paint after her stroke using her nondominant hand. She loved animals and was never far from one of her many faithful dog and cat companions. She rescued injured wild animals and got them the care they needed. She had an endlessly curious mind and in her later years read every book she could get her hands on regarding astrophysics and ornithology. Above all she loved her grandchildren dearly.
Janice is survived by her children Dwain B. Moeller of New Hampton, NH, Deborah J. Starr of Pembroke, MA and Lisa Joy Betteridge of Duxbury, MA, and grandchildren Jacob, Kate, Bradford, William, Lily, Joshua, and Colin. Along with her parents she was predeceased by her husbands, Carl A. Moeller, Jr. and Raymond Limbert, her sister Jane Dahlbom Westfall and grandchildren Erik and Maura.
Burial will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 11:00am in Homeland Cemetery, Bristol, NH.
