Mary G. Cimaglia, 77, of Chepachet, R.I. passed away peacefully Friday, March 13, 2026 at Fatima Hospital.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Virginia (Ashton) Marks. Mary was married to her childhood sweetheart, Donald L. Cimaglia for more than 59 years before his passing, sadly just over six months ago.
She is survived by her two daughters Lori Ann Cimaglia and Lisa Marie Renzi, and her brother Frank Marks and his wife Deborah Marks, all of Chepachet . She is also survived by her pride and joy and only grandchild Gianna Rose Renzi of Chepachet and her two great-grandchildren, Mason and Jaxson Karmozyn also of Chepachet. She was the sister of the late Virginia Cardone and Robert Marks.
She will be tremendously missed by her two dogs Lola & Mia. Mary enjoyed working as a CVS Hallmark Representative for more than 25 years before retiring. Mary was a devoted wife and mother. She was a very strong, fun, loving woman who took pride in being a grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed gardening with her granddaughter Gianna and was a great role model for her daughters. She took pride in having such a close family. Mary had a heart of gold and was loved by many and will be missed by many.
A visitation will be held Thursday, March 19, 2026 from 11:30-1:30pm with a funeral service at 1:30pm in the Anderson-Winfield Home, Rt 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary’s memory may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
