Maryanna (Rogalska) Malkowski, 87, passed away peacefully Tuesday, March 3, 2026 in the Meadows of Central Ma., Leicester. Born in Zbojna, Poland, a daughter of Jozef and Zofia (Kania) Rogalski. She moved to the United States with her family in 1985 and lived in Worcester ever since.
She was predeceased by her husband of more than 50 years, Stanislaw M. Malkowski in 2010; and her son Zdzislaw in 1995.
Mrs. Malkowski worked at Acme Pre-Pak Corp., with her husband for many years until they both retired in 2004.
Maryanna leaves a son, Zenon and his wife Beata, and their daughter Magdalene and her husband Adam, a daughter-in-law along with her two daughters. She also leaves behind four great grandchildren.
In addition, she leaves her sister, Krystyna Piascik, two brothers Stanley and Andy Roglaski and their spouses, and nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Malkowski was a devoted member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church and was involved in many groups there like the Holy Rosary Prayer Group, the church choir, and the former Women’s Guild of OLC. She enjoyed organizing the Corpus Christi processions and helping with the church’s fall festival every year. She loved spending time with her family, going to church, and listening and praying to her beloved Radio Maryja.
The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff at the Meadows for taking great care of Maryanna especially Ann, Tracy, Sharon, Zenilda, Angie, and Collette.
The funeral will be held on Saturday March 7, 2026 from ALFRED ROY & SONS - HENRY FUNERAL SERVICE MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 33 Ward St, with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward St. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours in the funeral home are Friday March 6, 2026 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
