Milagros Reyes Alvarado, 61, of Hartford passed away at home with her family by her side on Thursday February 26, 2026. She was born in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico on July 25, 1964, daughter of Gabriel Reyes and Iris Alvarado. She has survived by her eight children Ivan Cruz, Norma Cruz, Leslie Cruz. Carlos Cruz, María Cruz, Jesús M. De Jesús, Samuel de Jesús, Arami Maldonado and Misael de Jesús. Milagros also leaves her beloved 30 grandchildren, and 5 greatgrandchildren. Milagros family will miss her dearly.
The visit will be on Friday March 6th, from 11:00am till 1:00pm at the Chapel of the Hartford Community Funeral Home 380 Maple Avenue, Hartford. Followed by burial at Mount Saint Benedit Cemetery 1 Cottage Grove Road, Bloomfield.
