
Camila Pierre Mardy (96) of Brockton passed away on February 24th at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Arelus Valme Pierre.
Born in Cornillon, Grand-Bois, Haiti, she was the daughter of the late Camilus Mardy and Therese Pierre. Camila dedicated her life to farming and was known for her strong work ethic and commitment to her family.
Camila was the loving mother of three sons, Serge Claude Valme, Andre Pierre and Jean Eddy Valme Pierre; and four daughters, Martine Pierre, Simone Pierre, Paulette Pierre, and Ginette Pierre. She was the cherished mother of the late Rose Anne Valme. She is also survived by her brothers, St Eloie Mardy and Appolon Mardy, 25 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss her.
Visitation will be held in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel, 238 Court Street, Brockton, on Friday, March 13th from 5:00–8:00 PM.
Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday, March 14th at 9:00 AM. Followed by Burial at Melrose Cemetery, 88 N. Pearl Street, Brockton.
