Obituary

Meghan Lynch passed away on February 11, 2026, leaving behind a family who adored her and a legacy of strength, wit, and unwavering love.

She was the beloved daughter of the late Paul Lynch and Kathy Lynch of Braintree. Meghan also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom she loved greatly. She was a devoted and loving sister to Caitlin Dellascio and her husband, Mark, of Braintree; Thomas Lynch and his wife, Meaghan, of Hingham; and Matthew Lynch and his wife, Elizabeth, of Canton. The bond she shared with her siblings was rooted in loyalty, humor, and a lifetime of cherished memories.

She was a proud and deeply devoted aunt to Evelyn, Kathleen, and Audrey Dellascio, and to Conor, Delaney, Shane, Matthew, Owen, Bridie, and Penny Lynch. Her nieces and nephews brought her immeasurable joy. Whether laughing with them, spoiling them with thoughtful gifts, or celebrating their achievements, she was always their biggest fan.

Meghan was sharp, witty, and incredibly intelligent. She loved watching Jeopardy! and answering clues with confidence. She enjoyed a good glass of wine, a comforting plate of bolognese, and especially the simple pleasure of being surrounded by family. A devoted New England Patriots fan, she cheered faithfully and passionately — celebrating victories and standing by her team through every season, just as she stood steadfastly by the people she loved.

Above all else, Meghan was the toughest person we have ever known. Her strength was quiet but undeniable. She faced life’s challenges with resilience, courage, and grace. She did not complain. She did not quit. She endured, protected, and loved fiercely. That toughness was not just determination — it was heart. It was loyalty. It was her deep commitment to the people she loved.

Her laughter, her intelligence, her stubborn strength, and her steady presence are gifts we will carry with us always. Though our hearts are broken, we are better because we had her. Meghan will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.

A small family service will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers or donations, the family kindly asks that you spend quality time with your loved ones and cherish the moments you share together — something Meghan valued above all else
