
Paul D. McGeoghegan, 60, of Lowell and formerly of Tewksbury, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, January 17, 2026.
He was born in Everett on May 4, 1965, and was the son of the late William McGeoghegan and the late Lucy (Ruscio) McGeoghegan. Paul was raised on Windham Road in Tewksbury and was educated in the Tewksbury school system. He was a graduate of Tewksbury Memorial High School.
Paul spent most of his career working in the HVAC field throughout the Merrimack Valley. Known for his strong work ethic and dedication to his trade, he eventually fulfilled his goal of working for himself and owned and operated Paul’s HVAC for several years.
In his free time, Paul enjoyed science fiction and horror films and looked forward to spending time with his family, especially gathering with relatives and cousins during the holidays. Those who knew him will remember his independence and his pride in his work.
He is survived by his children, Darren Elmore and Kayla Daley; his brother, Douglas McGeoghegan and his wife, Susan, of North Billerica; and his nieces and nephews, Shawn McGeoghegan of Billerica, Jaclyn McGeoghegan and her fiancé, Joe Medeiros, of the Lowell/Billerica area, and Nicoletta Miller. He is also survived by his great-nieces, Jordan and Emma.
He was the brother of the late Steven McGeoghegan.
