ABBISSO, Leonard J. Age 94 of Dedham, formerly of Roslindale, passed away peacefully on February 20, 2026. Beloved husband of the late Mary T. (Donovan). Loving father of Karen Keaney and her husband Richard of Dedham, Theresa Julien of Canton, Janet Conrad and her husband Ron of Orlando, FL, James Abbisso and his wife Melinda Grosser of Marblehead and Leonard Abbisso, Jr. and his partner Joanne Toomey of Dedham. Adoring Papa of 8 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his grandson, Leonard James Abbisso, III. Brother of the late Mary Moon, Joseph Abbisso, Alexander Abbisso, and Theresa Abbisso. Cherished uncle of Carol Rose James of CA. Dear brother-in-law of Helen Wythe, Margaret Cataldo, Patricia Lydon, and Leo McGrath. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. To honor Lenny’s wishes, services will be private.
